Saved Searches & Alerts
Save any search and turn on email alerts. When a new listing matches your criteria, we'll send it to you — before someone else finds it first.
What is a saved search?
A saved search stores a set of search filters — city, price range, bedrooms, property type, and more — so you don't have to re-enter them every time. Open it with one click to see all current matching listings.
Saved searches require a free account. They're permanently stored and accessible from any device.
How to save a search
- Run a search on the search page with the filters you want.
- Click Save this search above the results.
- Give the search a name (e.g., "3BR in Austin under $500k").
- Choose whether to turn on email alerts (recommended).
- Click Save.
Your saved searches are available on your Saved Searches page.
Email alerts
When you turn on alerts for a saved search, we'll send you an email every time a new listing is added that matches your criteria. Alerts are sent as new listings appear — there's no fixed schedule, because markets move on their own schedule.
Alert emails include:
- The listing address, price, and key specs.
- The primary photo.
- A direct link to the full listing page.
Alerts are sent to the email address on your account. You can turn alerts on or off for any saved search from your Saved Searches page without deleting the search.
Managing your saved searches
Go to Saved Searches to see all your saved searches. For each search you can:
- View — run the search right now and see current matching listings.
- Delete — remove the saved search. Alerts are automatically stopped.
To unsubscribe from a specific alert without logging in, click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any alert email. This turns off alerts for that search but does not delete the search from your account.
