Getting Matched with an Agent

Every agent on this platform is a licensed, verified member. When you inquire, you get a direct introduction — no auction, no intermediary, no fee.

How matching works

There are two ways to connect with an agent on Wolliz:

Through a listing: Click Inquire on any listing page to contact the listing agent directly. That agent represents the seller. They can answer questions about the property, schedule a showing, and — if you don't have a buyer's agent — explain your options.

Through an agent's profile: Browse agent profiles at wolliz.us/agents or find an agent through the site's agent directory. Each agent profile shows their markets, specialties, active listings, and a bio. Click Inquire to contact them directly.

In both cases, your contact information goes directly to the agent you chose. No one else sees it. No one is auctioning your inquiry to the highest bidder.

What to expect after you inquire

  • 1
    The agent is notified immediately.

Your inquiry lands in the agent's lead inbox on the platform. Most agents respond within a few hours.

  • 2
Expect a call or text first.

Most agents will reach out by phone or text before email. If you prefer a specific contact method, mention it in your inquiry message.

  • 3
The first conversation is about your situation.

A good agent will ask you what you're looking for before talking about specific properties. This is how they figure out whether they can actually help you and whether you're a good fit for each other.

  • 4
    You're under no obligation.

Submitting an inquiry is not a commitment. You're not signing an agency agreement. You're starting a conversation. If the agent isn't the right fit, you're free to talk to others.

What "verified member" means

Every agent on Wolliz has been verified as a licensed real estate professional. Verification includes:

  • Confirmation of an active state real estate license.
  • Identity verification matched to the license.
  • Agreement to the platform's member conduct standards.

This doesn't mean every agent is equally experienced or specialized — it means you're talking to a real, licensed professional, not an unlicensed lead aggregator.

Why it matters that agents don't pay per lead

On most real estate portals, agents pay a fee every time someone inquires on a listing or clicks to contact them. This creates an incentive for the platform to maximize the number of inquiries routed to paying agents — not to route you to the best agent for your situation.

On this platform, agents pay a flat membership fee and that's it. When you submit an inquiry, no one charges anyone anything for the connection. The platform has no financial incentive to route you somewhere other than where you asked to go.

The result: when you contact an agent here, you get the agent you chose — not whoever outbid them.
