Contacting an Agent
How the Inquire button works, what happens after you send a message, and what to do if you don't hear back.
How to inquire about a listing
Open any listing and click the Inquire button in the agent panel on the right side of the page. A form appears where you can:
- Enter your name and email address (required)
- Enter your phone number (optional)
- Write a message — what you want to know, when you're available, or any questions about the property
Click Send. Your inquiry goes directly to the listing agent. You'll also receive a confirmation email with a copy of your message.
You don't need to be logged in to inquire. But if you're logged in, the agent can see what other listings you've saved — which helps them understand what you're looking for and respond more usefully.
No lead fees, no upsells. When you send an inquiry, the agent you're contacting does not pay us anything for the introduction. There are no premium tiers where paid agents get your message first. Your inquiry goes to the listing agent — and only them.
What happens after you send
The agent receives your inquiry in their CRM and is notified immediately. Typical response time varies by agent — most respond within a few hours during business hours, though response times can vary.
The agent may reach out by email, phone, or text — using whichever contact information you provided in the inquiry form. If you're logged in to a consumer account, you can also see your inquiry history in your dashboard.
What if I don't hear back?
If you haven't received a response within 24–48 hours:
- Check your spam folder — the agent's reply may have been filtered.
- Try inquiring again with a direct question ("Is this listing still available?").
- If the listing is still showing as active and the agent isn't responsive, you can contact us at support@wolliz.co and we'll follow up.
Contacting agents about multiple listings
Each listing has its own listing agent. When you inquire from a listing page, your message goes to that specific agent — not to a central inbox or to every agent on the platform.
If you want to work with a buyer's agent (someone who represents you as the buyer, not the seller), you can:
- Inquire from any listing — some listing agents also represent buyers.
- Browse agent profiles to find a buyer's agent in your market, then contact them directly from their profile page.

Your contact information and privacy
The contact information you provide in an inquiry form is shared with the listing agent you contacted — no one else. We do not share it with other agents, advertising networks, or third parties. See Your Account & Privacy for the full policy.
