New to Wolliz? Here's everything you need to go from first visit to first showing in five steps.
Five steps to get you started
Search for homes
Go to Search and type what you're looking for — a city, a ZIP code, an address, or a description like "sunny open kitchen near good schools." The search bar works for both traditional filters and natural-language descriptions. See Searching for a Home for the full guide.
Click into listings that interest you
Each listing card shows price, address, and key stats. Click any card to open the full listing page — photos, a detailed spec sheet, the listing description, and the agent panel. See Reading a Listing for what everything means.
Create a free account to save listings
Click the heart icon on any listing card to save it. You'll be prompted to create a free account — just a name, email, and password. Once you're in, your saved homes follow you across devices and sessions. See Saved Homes.
Save a search to get alerts
Once you have a search you like, save it. You'll get email alerts automatically when new listings match your criteria — no checking required. See Email Alerts for how they work and how to manage them.
Inquire about a home you're serious about
When you're ready to talk to an agent, click Inquire on any listing. Your message goes to the listing agent. No account required to inquire, but having one means the agent can see what else you've saved. See Contacting an Agent.
